If you are just starting your fitness journey, we recommend beginning with our Bands and Rope products. As you progress and gain strength, you can incorporate Straps later on. This gradual approach will allow you to build a strong foundation and minimize the risk of injury.

Bands offer a maximum resistance of 16 lbs (7.26 kg) when stretched to 2.5 times its original length, which is the recommended maximum. When using both bands with one hand, Bands provides up to 32 lbs (14.5 kg) of resistance.

Your gear includes a door anchor. You can also purchase a wall mount for anchoring it to the wall. For resistance bands, we recommend three wall mounts placed high, middle, and low to maximize your training options.
