Here we break the programs into real sessions.Each workout gets a warm up, main part, and cooldown, plus the anchor point, gear, and focus for every exercise.
You can mix studio sessions and at home workouts in one flow, build your own custom workouts, or start from our ready made workout library.
You can also give your clients access to a wide selection of generic Habeats workouts and programs library, available directly inside the app.

Set Up Your Studio
We help you design the physical space, choose the right gear, and connect everything so your studio can run hybrid training from day one.
The trainer station
Trainer uses their mobile phone.
Or a studio tablet for a bigger, clearer view.
Optional: connect to a large screen to manage the class and see everyone at once.
The trainee station
Trainee uses their own phone and connects the app to the station.
Optional: a tablet on each station for a bigger display.
Optional: a screen on each station for group or studio viewing.
Each station includes 3 wall mounts (low, mid, high) so all exercise types are supported.
The Studio
Connectivity: One shared Wi Fi network links all stations so data flows in real time.
Optional: Wall racks or storage boxes keep gear organized, portable, and ready for fast setup between classes.

The app your clients use to follow their programs, track progress, and stay connected outside studio hours.
They download it for free to their mobile phones.
